Once transformed, these precisely crafted wires are meticulously wound onto spools, each weighing 50 kg. This meticulous process ensures uniformity and consistency, guaranteeing optimal performance and ease of use for our clients. With our lead wire prepared and readily available for purchase, customers can confidently rely on our high-quality raw material to meet their manufacturing demands.

Lead Ingot

The lead contained in the scrap is recycled and utilized as raw material in our manufacturing processes. Lead Billet

After the melting process of the Lead Ingot, the molten lead is carefully poured into a cylindrical mold, precisely measuring 9.2 cm in diameter and 13 cm in length. This meticulous casting process results in the formation of a lead billet, with each billet weighing approximately 9 kg. These lead billets serve as essential raw materials in various industrial applications, offering exceptional density and durability.
